Important Notice for Applicants and Residents
Physical copies of all renter policies are provided at sign-up. Acknowledgment of these policies is a required part of the rental application form on this website. If you are not comfortable acknowledging these policies, or if you have not yet reviewed them in person, please review them before submitting your application. You may request copies by phone, email, or in person at any time. These policies are published online so that all current and prospective residents are aware of their existence and can access them openly and transparently.
RiseTN provides stable housing as part of our nonprofit mission to close gaps in the Memphis community. The policies below establish clear expectations for all residents in our properties. Compliance with these policies is a condition of residency and supports a safe, respectful, and supportive living environment for everyone.

Application Acknowledgment
By completing the rental application form, you confirm that you have received a copy of these rules in person, by phone, or via email, and that you understand and agree to comply with all applicable policies. If you need copies before applying, contact us and we will provide them promptly.
Policy Updates
RiseTN may update these policies from time to time. Residents will be notified of material changes. The version published on this website reflects the current policies in effect. Physical copies provided at sign-up should be retained for reference; updated versions will be made available upon request.
