Guest Policy

• All overnight guests must be registered with housing staff in advance
• Day visitors may need to sign in at the front desk or with on-site staff where applicable
• Provide guest name, expected duration of stay, and relationship to resident
• Unregistered guests may be asked to leave the property

• Overnight stays are limited to approved durations set by property-specific rules
• Extended guest stays may require staff approval and may count toward monthly limits
• Guests may not establish residency without a formal application and lease agreement
• Children and minors must be supervised by their parent or guardian at all times

The following individuals may not visit or stay on property:

• Persons previously banned from the property by RiseTN staff
• Persons who pose a safety threat to residents or staff
• Persons engaging in illegal activity on or near the property
• Persons who violate substance or conduct policies while on property

Guests must follow all renter policies, including substance, safety, curfew, and conduct rules. Residents whose guests repeatedly violate policies may face lease enforcement action, including loss of guest privileges or termination of residency.
