Rise Tennessee (RiseTN) operates Rise Recovery Residences, structured sober living in the Memphis area for people transitioning out of treatment, incarceration, or crisis and into stable, independent living. Our housing is NARR / TN-ARR certified at Level 2 (Monitored) — an on-site house manager and more structure than a purely peer-run home, independently verified rather than self-described.
Under Tennessee's Public Chapter 406, recovery residence certification has been legally required since January 1, 2026. Licensed treatment providers, courts, and case managers can refer directly to a certified residence like ours.

How Referral Works
RiseTN admits residents through a referring professional — a treatment program, discharge planner, court, or case manager — who stays involved as the client transitions into housing. We don't publish house addresses or take walk-in or self-find admissions; this keeps residents safer and keeps clinical needs connected to licensed providers.
