RiseTN is committed to fostering a respectful, safe, and supportive community for all participants, volunteers, donors, partners, and residents. These guidelines apply to our website, community programs, events, and shared housing properties.
Treat all community members with dignity and respect. We value diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. Harassment, discrimination, or bullying of any kind is not tolerated.
This includes discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, disability, religion, age, housing status, or any other protected characteristic.
Safety is essential in our housing communities and programs. Residents and participants must follow all posted safety rules, property guidelines, and staff directions. Threats, violence, or behavior that endangers others will not be tolerated.
For housing-specific rules, see our Renter Policies.
Residents in RiseTN housing agree to uphold community standards that support recovery, stability, and mutual respect. This includes compliance with lease terms, house rules, chore responsibilities, guest policies, and all documented renter policies provided at move-in and available on this website.
Violations may result in warnings, required corrective action, suspension from programs, or termination of housing placement, consistent with applicable law and lease terms. We reserve the right to take appropriate action to maintain a safe and respectful environment.
