Our Application Is Built To Be Easier
- No hard credit pull. We only run a soft credit inquiry, which does not affect your credit score.
- Past evictions don’t automatically disqualify you — especially ones from 5+ years ago. We look at your situation, not just a checkbox.
- Housing vouchers count as income. Housing Choice Voucher / Section 8 and other rental-assistance income qualify toward your application — they are never held against you.
- Plain language, no bureaucracy. If a question on the form doesn’t make sense, call or email us — we’ll walk through it with you.
