Curfew and quiet hour rules help maintain a stable, restful environment for all residents. Specific times may vary by property and will be communicated at move-in. The guidelines below apply to all RiseTN housing unless superseded by property-specific rules in your lease or house manual.
Quiet Hours
- Quiet hours are typically observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily; exact times may vary by property
- During quiet hours, residents must keep noise levels low in units and common areas, including conversations, music, television, and phone calls
- Use headphones when listening to audio in shared spaces at any time
Curfew Requirements
- Some properties may establish curfew times requiring residents to be on property or in their assigned unit by a specified hour
- Curfew exceptions for work, medical appointments, or approved activities must be requested in advance from housing staff
- Repeated unapproved curfew violations may result in corrective action or lease enforcement
Late Entry and Exit
Residents entering or leaving the property during quiet hours should do so quietly and respectfully. Do not disturb sleeping residents. Ensure all entry doors are secured behind you.
Enforcement
Violations of curfew or quiet hour policies may result in verbal warnings, written warnings, required meetings with staff, or lease termination for repeated or serious violations.
